And another pissed off customer filing a Better business complaint

I paid for a "trial" offer. Have never received it. I noticed on my credit card that I have been charged 149.93. When I signed for the trial -- I checked th e fine print for this exact SCAM. Not finding anything that mentioned that I would be charged anything other than then the trial, I ordered. I did call tonight and speak to someone and informed him I had not received any trial product, and was requesting the $149.93 refunded to my credit card. He then rattled on out a tracking number and I had to look for the trial products. I did inform him that I would be taking this to BETTER BUSINESS. This IS a SCAM folks--

Not a complaint!

This web site obviously wants people to complain about things, which is not really fair when a product is as good as this one. As a professional make up artist I try every product out there and must say that I like this one for many reasons. It softened and smoothed my skin , without any irritation or tingling - this is a big plus. It is full of natural ingredients - and as a woman approaching 50, my skin looks amazing. Plus GREAT value for money amongst expensive creams that deliver less. This one is at the top of the charts for me right now!

Great Product, just wish it had SPF

I've been using The Solution for a few weeks now and to be honest I definitely see and feel an improvement in my skin. It's light enough where I can barely feel it when applied, but my only gripe is that it doesn't have SPF. I was using another product that has SPF and I'm thinking about switching back. But it's going to be hard to switch back because it works way better than what I was using before. For the time being I'm forced to apply an SPF cream on top of The Solution. It's annoying but until they get smart and add SPF, it's what I have to do.

Thank you for writing. The ingredients used to provide SPF would change the product's texture, which is one of its most loved features.

Also, it is designed to be worn day and night many people do not want to have those ingredients on their face unless they are actually going in to the sun. We recommend using your favorite sunblock when you're heading outside.

Envision-Beauty is a TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Do not buy into the FREE one month trial sample of Envision-Beauty's product. It is supposed to cost $1.00 to which you have to pay with your credit card. Not a problem. I don't mind paying that for a free trial. I got my product a few days later, shipped USPS, with nothing in the box but the product. No receipt, no business card, no brochure, no nothing. Just the product. I thought that was kind of strange but assumed I would be getting something in the mail from them within a week or so asking me to buy the product. I WAS WRONG!!! The sneaky little b!#*%rds charged my credit card $79.99 for the first month two weeks in and then turned around and charged me again $89.00 the second time. I received a new box from USPS one day after the charge hit my account and refused to accept it. This company is a total scam and I would avoid at all cost. The product isn't half bad but is in no way worth what they are scamming people out of.

Scam city. The product doesn't work for me.

I complained to American Express. You can still complain even if you paid it.

Guest

Unfortunately, they really scammed me. The order was placed during a visit to our vacation home.

Little did I know, the monthly orders kept coming while no one was their. Yes, I have four bottles of this f#lbs$! cream. Traveling husband pays bills online, assumed I was happily making purchases.

Now I'm stuck with this $400 ***.

Anyone interested in some cheap lotion? There needs to be a class action suit against Envision.

Guest

I wish I would have read comments before ordering the free sample. The State attorney general need to investigate this company.

They are ripping people off big time. All I can say is that I don't like being screwed.

Guest

I thought I was the only one charged $89.00 I like the product but I don't like how this company do buisness.

Guest

Same thing happened to me! They are full of *** Very deceiving!!

Dear All,

We apologize for any confusion. All orders do come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Please contact our Customer Care department at 800-993-**** to arrange for a refund and address any other issues you might have. Refunds are issued promptly, though it obviously can take a few days for returns to arrive and be processed.

We try to be very clear about the terms of the trial and explain it several places on the site. Those who are not interested in the trial offer are invited to purchase individually at Amazon.com.

Best Wishes,

Envision Beauty is a SCAM - "risk-free" trial me a79.99!

Same thing that happened to the other two pissed consumers. I've been robbed of $80 for a piece of *** bottle which was supposedly a "risk-free trial", and which broke after only ...

Guest

I got scammed too, and had to cancel my credit card to stop getting charged.

I don't mind paying the $79 for the product after trial is over. But 2 weeks is way too short a trial. Also, their site needs to make it clearer that you're purchasing a monthly service. Then, I can't get customer service to pick up the phone.

I had to cancel my credit card. I'm afraid to try the product because Envision Beauty acts like scam artists. Don't force anyone into monthly charges without making it abundantly clear that's what you're signing up for. "Risk Free Trial" is BS.

Guest

I did get reimbursed for both fees buy had to return the empty bottle which I had no problem doing. The company was very understanding and worked with me to get it resolved quickly.

Guest

Dear Cindy,

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. We take tremendous pride in our company, our products and the relationships we build with our customers. It is unfortunate that you and a few others on this site misunderstood what you were signing up for, but please don’t rush to judgment.

Our customers have the option to purchase products individually or with a monthly subscription. New monthly subscribers get a 15-day "risk free trial" to find out if the product is right for them before paying for it and continuing with their subscription. Many people find this helpful, since it reduces the uncertainty that comes with purchasing an unfamiliar product online. Many others prefer to buy individually and we provide links that allow you to do it through our store or Amazon.com. In either case, the purchases come with a 30-day money back guarantee.

Customers are given every opportunity to learn about the risk free trial and decide whether to take advantage of the offer or buy individually. The subscription option is explained in detail in several places on our website, including a full page dedicated to subscription FAQs, our Customer Care page, and two separate places during the checkout process. You can also view your subscription status through the account management system accessible on every page. It is not fair to claim that you were deceived when we are so open about the deal you apparently misunderstood.

Your trial comes with a 30-day money back guarantee so if you haven’t already done so, please reach out to our customer care team to arrange a return of the unwanted bottle(s) and refund.

Warmest Wishes,

Envision Beauty

Envision Beauty screwed me out of $50 plus and product is okay at best

I ordered this "remarkable" product on a trial basis. After using for a month, i found otc products work just as well for about 1/4 the price. I then cancelled any future orders. This was around 7/10/2012. I was billed and shipped for a product I had proof I had cancelled. I have been on the phone with them for over 5 months to no avail. I was deducted over $125 in fees from my bank due to NSF. My bank asked for only a written statement from them on letterhead to be faxed. Luckily, my bank credited me with approximately half of fees. I have yet to receive a response from this shady company. Save your money and frustration by not doing business with Envision Beauty.

Envision Beauty - Envison Beauty or Skinscare SCAM
I saw an ad on television for a FREE SAMPLE. I went to the EXACT site they illustrated. I ordered a sample. I was sent a sample. I didn't order any more. Period. Next thing I know, I look at my bank account and they have taken $89.90 from my bank account. How did they get my account number? How was it that they were able to bill me when I never ordered this product. Well, there are two sites. One is a "monthly subscription" for this skincare product. The other is the FREE SAMPLE site. I never ordered this product. When I called about it, they said I would send it back. Well, I NEVER ordered it and wasn't going to pay postage on something I never ordered. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also with the States Attorney General's Office. Of course I filed a complaint with my Bank too. They came back with paperwork saying that I ordered this but again how would they have done this when I never gave them my account number! What thieves!

Trial Size for a price of $89.90 1/2 oz

I ordered the trial size with intentions of trying the product and possibly purchasing it after use. When I went to review my account on my credit card I noticed that I had been charged $89.90 for this "trial size" 1/2 oz. I was furious....I called the company and of course they are pros at this due to the fact that they do this to every individual....I wish I could have read reviews prior to applying for "TRIAL SIZE". They took it upon theirselves to bill me and immediately ship a bottle. How in the *** did they even know if I liked the product or not. The surely didn't give enough time to respond to them. I sent the "TRIAL SIZE" and the box that arrived both back to Envision priority mail.......with a receipt that they get the message!!!!!!!I am still waiting on my "reversal charge (that is REFUND) to my credit card which I NEVER GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO CHARGE THIS and it has not yet happened. NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However, the trial size came in and immediately after that another box arrived and it was another bottle.

Well I'm assuming you GAVE them your account/debit card number to pay for the S&H. By doing so, you set in motion the automatic shipments.

This is how almost all these kinds of companies operate. Fine print, membership agreements, terms of service, these are important people!

Envision Face Cream offer a fraud

I signed up for the free trial offer of $1.99. To date my account has been charged $267.00. Customer service promised over a month ago to stop charging my account and they would have a supervisor call. No one ever called. I've returned unwanted products as told to do by their care center and they promised to refund the charges and close my account. I did what they asked....they never refund $$ and charged me again on July 6th. I could not believe it! They looked like a legitimate company; so, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. NO MORE! BE AWARE...ENVISIONi WILL STEAL FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR INFORMATION.

Do Not order From Envision Skincare!

I placed an order with envision skincare for their $1.99 sample after seeing their website. Immediately after placing the order, I realized that the website was an advertisement and immediately googled to see if this company was for real or not. Well, after seeing so many complaints about their shady billing practices, I called them and cancelled my order and told them not to ship the product. I received an email on July 2nd from Envision stating that I would be credited the $1.99 and not shipped the product nor charged for the product. THREE WEEKS after Envision sent me that email stating I would not be charged, I was charged $79.95 -I never received the product! I once again called them to credit my account - they emailed me back saying that they would. I somehow dont believe them, so I emailed them and told them that I will be contacting the NYS Attorney General. This company should not be in business.

Envision Beauty "Risk Free Sample" costs $80.

They ask for debit card to charge a $1.99 "handling fee" for the Risk Free Sample they advertise on their website. After you receive the risk free sample you are notified by email that your account will be charged $79.75 for the "product." To stop this, you must call, get an email from their "return department," open a pdf that I couldn't get open, print out a "return form" and then have the original packing slip that came with your risk free sample (who keeps that stuff?) and send it back to the company with a special return number, you must pay postage and get delivery confirmation. All of this must be done, they say, to ensure they can refund your money. I don't know if they actually ever DO refund money, I haven't got mine back yet. They also say you have 30 days to return the product before they steal $80 from you, but they don't wait 30 days, they just take it. And they don't give back. They defend themselves by saying that when you clicked on "accept terms and conditions" you authorized them to take money out of your account. They know nobody reads all the terms anc conditions. Only thieves like Envision Beauty commit this kind of fraud. I order via internet from many companies without problems. They appear to be reputable, but they are not. I have ordered $80 worth of anything from any company by accident! This is deliberate fraud.

Envision Beauty Scam

On one of the websites for Envision Beauty they are offering a free trial of their "the solution" facial moisturizer for only $1.99 shipping and handling fee. To complete the transaction, the user must check the "terms and conditions" check box. Unfortunately, the terms and conditions are not displayed on this page but on another page for which a link is displayed. The scam comes in because no one reads terms and conditions. They just assume it's standard stuff. For this offer, however, the terms commit you to a monthly subscription of the product automatically at $89.95 per month. That should be stated right up front on the original web page but these guys are trying to slip it past you. You'll find out soon enough when they start billing your credit card each month. Shameful practice.

I called my bank to dispute the charge. That company is a total rip off!

Envision Beauty Free Trial is a Scam

I ordered the free trial and the company charged my credit card $169.90 for the free trial and a second container of cream. No where in their ad did it mention any additional products or chargers. This is a total SCAM, do not purchase from this company. We tried to return both products but they will only accept the last shipment. They stated it must be returned within 30 days or no refund, there was no paperwork stating this in the first shipment or on their website. STAY AWAY from Envision Beauty products, you will be ripped off. For the free trial they ask for a credit card number, this is the first warning sigh for any company offering a FREE TRIAL. I am pursuing this through my Credit Card Company.

Envision is Fraud!

I also was taken by this Free Trial--I am typically the person who reads the fine print, but this company got me. Please avoid an 80 dollar charge on your account. Do not do it. The product is absolutely not worth it. Had I known the charge was coming I would have not signed up or returned it in a heart beat. You will only have 15 days to return the product so even if you are the type to be on top of these things it is a tight deadline and really not worth it. So be advised this is NOT FREE!
